We are excited to invite you to join the 2012 Kopp Dental, Service With a Smile calendar of events. If you choose to participate all you need to do is follow the monthly calendar. Each time you do one of the activities listed, your name will go into our Service with a Smile drawing. Dec 29, 2012 a winner will be chosen.
The Grand Prize includes: $200 cash, $200 Mimmo’s Restaurant in Elmhurst gift certificate, $100 Francescas and $50 Starbucks

Below are ways you can be entered in our drawing. *For every month that you participate, you receive one entry. * Every time you refer a friend or family member that accepts treatment, receive 3 entries. *Follow our face book/blog page and comment once a week on our articles, receive 1 entry per week.
January – bring in or mail us a Valentines card with a note in it for a child at the children’s hospital. (To be mailed out in February)
February – Show how much you love Kopp Dental and refer a friend or “like us on Facebook”
March -“luck of the Irish” – send us an inspirational quote or a story of how you have been blessed with Luck. (Some of these will be posted on our face book page.)
April – do an act of kindness for someone and send your story in so we can post it on our Face book site to show the great things our patients are doing. Please change people’s names and locations.
May – – Best Mother’s day gift you ever received or have given. (Some of these will be posted on our face book page.)
June- Attend our summer kick off at Kopp Dental, music, games, and snacks RSVP by May 31 date to be announced. Send in a note about why your father is the best. (may be posted on our facebook page)
July –Bring in or mail us a card for a soldier
August – Bring in school supplies for needy children
October –Bring in Halloween candy for our soldiers and local nursing home(accepted until Oct 26)
November – Food Drive for walk in ministry in Elmhurst, held at our office
December – and the winner is …….
